Fulton Street Ingrid Miller presented the two design service applications and noted that the 130 Placard Ave. project is right outside of the CIA boundary but the Design Committee and Uptown Inc both approved the design service request. She added that the committee has started discussions on how to expand the current CIA boundary to include some properties that are within the business district but outside the CIA boundary.
