Annual Meeting of GBHA Properties 1, Inc.
BACKGROUND
The GBHA Properties 1, Inc. by-laws require an annual meeting to be held. The election of the board and
officers took place at the 2024 annual meeting and are good for two years; therefore no elections are taking
place this year.
The budget for GBHA Properties 1, Inc. was approved at the June, 20 2024, meeting to coincide with the
GBHA annual budget.

BACKGROUND
Hawkins Ash CPA’s, an independent audit firm, has completed the annual audit for the GBHA Properties
1. A summary of the audit information can be found in the Management Discussion and Analysis portion of
the audit report. We are seeking approval of the June 30, 2024, audited financial reports in conjunction with
Green Bay Housing Authority.
RECOMMENDATION
To approve the June 30, 2024, Audit Report.
