D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
1. Approval of the minutes from the February 20, 2025 meeting.
Moved by Erin Edwards, seconded by Randy Scannell to approve the minutes from the
February 20, 2025, meeting. Motion carried. Yes: Stephen Srubas, Randy Scannell, Erin
Edwards, No:None, Abstain:None
E. REGULAR BUSINESS.
1. Annual Meeting of the Housing Authority Managing Member.
Moved by Erin Edwards, seconded by Randy Scannell to close the annual meeting of the
Housing Authority Managing Member. Motion carried. Yes:Randy Scannell, Stephen Srubas,
Erin Edwards, No:None, Abstain:None
2. Election of Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary.
Moved by Randy Scannell, seconded by Erin Edwards to approve of the moving the election
of Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary to the next meeting. Motion carried. Yes:Stephen Srubas,
Erin Edwards, Randy Scannell, No:None, Abstain:None

Annual Meeting of the Housing Authority Managing Member.
BACKGROUND
The Housing Authority Managing Member by-laws require an annual meeting to be held. The election of
the board and officers took place at the 2024 Annual Meeting and are good for two years; therefore,
elections are taking place this year.
The Housing Authority Managing Member entity is one part of the Green Bay Housing Authority
Properties, LLC.
