On November 21, 2025, officer was dispatched to 1342 S Broadway, Packers Stadium Lounge for a disturbance. One male was cited for Battery-Simple. On November 23, 2025, officer was dispatched to 123 S Washington St, Stir-Ups for a disturbance. One male was cited for Battery-Simple and Disorderly Conduct. On November 23, 2025, officers were dispatched to 100 S Broadway, 100 Restaurant, for a disturbance. Parties were already being ushered away & those remaining did not wish to ID or report details. Comm Police P&P 01.08.26 100 North Jefferson Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54301-5026 greenbaywi.gov CITY OF GREEN BAY POLICE DEPARTMENT TO: PROTECTION AND POLICY COMMITTEE FROM: COMMUNITY POLICING DATE: December 31, 2025 From to December 4, 2025, to December 31, 2025, there has been two liquor law violation, three DA referrals, one citation issued, no massage violations, and no property referrals. On November 11, 2025, officers were dispatched to 226 S Broadway, Alibi Tavern, for a disturbance. One male was arrested with charges referred for Obstructing an Officer-Giving False Name, Resisting an Officer, and Possession of Marijuana. Also, jailed on warrants. The owner of the bar received a written warning for Violation of a Stipulation/Agreement for lack of video surveillance. On November 12, 2025, officers followed up on an incident that occurred at 631 Bellevue St, Whiskey Rose Saloon, in which neighboring residences were disrupted. Bar owner was issued a citation for Violation of Stipulation/ Agreement and bartender issued a written warning for Disorderly House. On December 27, 2025, officers were dispatched to 128 S Broadway, Sardine Can, for a disturbance outside possibly involving a firearm. Male was arrested on a Probation warrant with charges referred for Obstructing. Female arrested with charges of Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing or Resisting an Officer, Battery, and Throwing or Discharging Bodily Fluids at Public Safety Worker referred to DA. Sincerely, LT.
