HERRIN CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES LOCATION: HERRIN CITY HALL DATE: MAY 26, 2026 TIME: 6:00 PM CALL TO ORDER - Steve Frattini, Mayor mayor called to order at 6:00pm PRAYER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL - Shelly Huggins, City Clerk PUBLIC COMMENT: Anyone who wishes to address the Council may request to be recognized at this time.
