• Authorizes a lease agreement with the Churchwell Lofts at East Bay Condominium
Association, Inc. (“Tenant”) for the City-owned parking lot located at the intersection of
North Market St. and East Forsyth St. for an initial term of 5-years with one 5-year
renewal term
• Tenant will pay a monthly lease fee of $2,176.74 per month plus sales tax, subject to a
monthly rent credit of $610 in exchange for Tenant performing all maintenance and
repair of the parking lot (subject to adjustment after the expiration of the initial 5-year
term)
