ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Attachments: July 20 2022 Commission Meeting Minutes for Approval A motion was made by Dorris, seconded by Simpson, Jr, that the July 20, 2022 meeting minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 3. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding agenda items and are allowed a maximum of 4 minutes. It is not a question and answer period and staff, and the Commission members do not generally respond to public comments. The City Clerk has a copy of the public speaking procedures; please note, speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the meeting shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak. 4. NEW BUSINESS i. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS ii. DISCUSSION: (RE) APPOINTMENT OF BYLAWS SUBCOMMITTEE a. Current Members: Blaser, Dorris, Malone (resigned), Millen iii. FOR ACTION: (RE) APPOINTMENT OF BYLAWS SUBCOMMITTEE A motion was made by Stoiber, seconded by Alvarado, to appoint Blaser, Cordero, Dorris and Milllen to the Bylaws subcommittee. The motion carried by the following vote: iv. FOR ACTION: APPROVAL OF THE 2023 ARTS COMMISSION MEETING DATES A motion was made by Millen, seconded by Blaser, that the 2023 Arts Commission meeting dates be approved.
