Under Phase 5, all sectors of the economy can resume at regular capacity with new safety guidelines and procedures. In compliance with Center for Disease Control (CDC), it is recommended that any individual appearing in person wear a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth. Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance of the meeting to publiccomment@joliet.gov. ROLL CALL Present Erick Deshaun Dorris, Megan Millen and Eryn Blaser Absent Crystal Malone APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Dorris, seconded by Regis, that the August 12, 2020 meeting minutes be approved. NEW BUSINESS Review of Bylaws for Potential Additions or Corrections Committee reviewed proposed change to the Bylaws that would allow committee chairs to appoint non commission members to committees. NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION None. PUBLIC COMMENT None. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Dorris, seconded by Chairperson Blaser, that the August 11, 2021 meeting be adjourned. The motion carried unanimously.
