As of August 30, 2021, Governor Pritzker announced a statewide indoor mask mandate for all Illinois residents, regardless of
vaccination status.
In compliance with Governor Pritzker’s mandate, any individual appearing in person must wear a face-covering to cover their
nose and mouth.
Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance of the meeting to publiccomment@joliet.gov.

Motion was seconded by Commissioner Price

Commissioner Wooten - accepts the nomination
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Price made a motion to enter Executive Session for the purpose of hiring Joliet Police Officers
Motion seconded by Commissioner Purchase
Unanimous vote to enter Executive session

A motion was made by Chairman Wooten, seconded by Commissioner Purchase to deny #45 Alexander Horodysky
The motion carried unanimously
Aye: Chairman Wooten, Commissioner Price, Commissioner Purchase, Commissioner Adamowski
#46 William Mills voluntarily withdrew 12-22-2020
A motion was made by Chairman Wooten, seconded by Commissioner Adamowski to deny #47 Carlitos McTizik
The motion carried due to lack of majority per Legal Counsel.
Aye: Chairman Wooten, Commissioner Adamowski
Nay: Commissioner Price and Commissioner Purchase
A motion was made by Chairman Wooten, seconded by Commissioner Purchase to deny #48 Craig Machuga. The
motion carried.
Aye: Commissioner Purchase, Chairman Wooten and Commissioner Adamowski
Nay: Commissioner Price
A motion was made by Chairman Wooten, seconded by Commissioner Purchase to appoint #49 Tomasz Albiniak. The
motion carried unanimously.
