ROLL CALL Present Quinn Adamowski, John Stefanski, Tomas Ponce, Natalie Coleman and Herb Lande CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None. SECRETARY’S REPORT None. NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION None. FILING OF WRITTEN COMPLAINT - PURSUANT OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSIONERS Chief Evans filed charges against Police Officer Alfonso Sanchez, star 277, in violation of: General Order 7-1 Code of Conduct, Subsection 1.1 General Oder 9-34 Body Worn Camera, Subsection 3.3 (E)(11) General Order 13- Warrantless Search and Seizure, Sunsection 2.4 General Order 2-5 Safety Review Board, Section 3 A motion was made by John Stefanski, and seconded by Natalie Coleman to set a hearing date to 1/13/2025. The motion was carried by the following vote: Aye: Adamowski, Stefanski, Ponce, Coleman and Lande CLOSED SESSION A closed session was not needed for this meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT None.
