NEW BUSINESS (Not for Final Action or Recommendation): Councilman Clement requested the City Manager look into a commercial sidewalk sweeper and the need to repaint the bases of the green decorative streetlights . PUBLIC COMMENTS: Kathy Garthus spoke regarding issues with the new location of her mailbox and drag racers . Patrick O'Connor spoke regarding the addition of another hotel. Jerry Hervey spoke regarding operations of members of the City Council. MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS: Mayor O'Dekirk gave an abbreviated version of his State of the City address.
