Councilwoman Ibarra thanked the residents of District 5 for sharing their comments. She expressed a need for an agency that will accept hand knitted hats. She also expressed her support for the nurses at St. Joe's Hospital. Mayor D'Arcy welcomed everyone to 2024, highlighted the city's plans to address trucking and affordable housing issues, and thanked everyone for their participation.
