PUBLIC COMMENTS: Trista Brown - spoke on multiple topics, including elevator issues for Larry Irving, the Attorney General's report and what the City is doing to change, parking downtown and the excessive ticketing, and south side of Joliet residents being asked what they need. Resident (Doug) - spoke about the statue in front of Slammers stadium without anything saying who it is - can we update that. Ana Sanchez, 1403 Newton Ave, bought her house 3 years ago, spoke about flooding in her basement multiple times, bike trail behind house is causing flooding, spoke to City and would like engineers to help her with this issue. Michael - spoke on the flooding issues as well, in Cumberland subdivision, weed and garbage issues as well, encourages City to help with the maintenance of these areas of the City.
