DISCUSSION: COMMITTEE BY-LAWS Chairman Arellano discusses the name of the committee, the purpose and goals/hopeful accomplishments, and the current By-Laws as they currently stand DISCUSSION: MEETING FREQUENCY The board discusses the possibility of not meeting December through March, and meet every other month April through November to equal 6 meetings per year.
