ROLL CALL Present Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, Councilwoman Bettye Gavin and Councilman Cesar Guerrero ALSO PRESENT: Christopher Sternal - CIO, Amanda Dite - Enterprise Application Service Manager, Gabriel Friend - Interim Director of Neighborhood Services, Sean Mikos - Deputy Director of Public Works. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, to approve the minutes of the July 20, 2022 CTIS Meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilwoman Gavin and Councilman Guerrero TMP-5242 Attachments: CTIS Minutes 07202022 Minutes displayed incorrect meeting date on the agenda. Correct date was for the previous meeting date July 20, 2022 approved by committee. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, to approve the minutes of the July 20, 2022 CTIS Committee. The motion carried by the following vote: CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS Rita Renwick, City of Joliet Tree Advisory Board, Chair, discussed tree removal bids and quotes, Road Mapping Project, and GIS System Project. Page 1 of 2 Communication, Technology & Information Meeting Minutes - Pending Approval February 22, 2023 Systems Committee FIELD FORCE MANAGER Gabriel Friend, Interim Director of Neighborhood Services, explained how Neighborhood Services utilizes the Field Force Manager application. UPDATE ON IT Christopher Sternal, CIO of Information Technology, gave a brief update on City Hall's physical security upgrade to Genetec. Mr. Sternal, gave an update on the Council Chambers hardware and audio equipment upgrade, the Help Desk Team's PC Lifecycle Program, the Motorola cyber security risk assessment and the City of Joliet's Enterprise Agreement with ESRI. LASERFICHE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Amanda Dite, Enterprise Application Services Manager of Information Technology, spoke regarding the Laserfiche implementation and back scanning project. ROADWAY MAPPING AND ASSET CAPTURE Sean Mikos, Deputy Director of Public Works, spoke about the use of the Cyclomedia tool. NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION Nothing at this time. PUBLIC COMMENT None.
