APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to approve the minutes of the September 26, 2023 CTIS Committee Meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon and Councilman Cardenas Excused: Councilwoman Ibarra TMP-6615 Attachments: CTIS Meeting Minutes 09-26-2023 CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None. AGENDA ITEMS Award of Contract to Granicus for Meeting Efficiency Suite in the ID-1431-20 Amount of $72,784.17 Attachments: Granicus - IL_Joliet IL_Q-297437_2023AUG22 Amanda Dite, Enterprise Application Services Manager, discussed the Granicus Meeting Efficiency Suite. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to approve with conditions COUNCIL MEMO #ID-1431-20: Award of Contract to Granicus for Meeting Efficiency Suite in the Amount of $72,784.17; minus the fee of $6,256.80 for Closed Captioning Services. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #ID-1432-20: Award of Contract to AVDG for City Council Chambers Audio/Visual Upgrade Project in the Amount of $379,443.41. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon and Councilman Cardenas Excused: Councilwoman Ibarra NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION ProjectDox Expansion: Presentation by Sean Mikos, Deputy Director of Public Works Sean Mikos, Deputy Director of Public Works, gave a presentation on the use of ProjectDox with insight from Jessica Frankowski, Building & Inspections.
