APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilman Cardenas, seconded by Councilwoman Reardon to approve. AGENDA ITEMS Award of Contract to Granicus for Annual Products and Services TMP-8540 Renewal and Up-front Implementation Costs in the Amount of $583,225.73 to be Paid Over Three Years Attachments: IL_Joliet IL_Q-441850_2025APR11.pdf Amanda Dite, Deputy Director of IT, delivered a comprehensive overview of the Granicus products currently in use and articulated the strategic benefits of synchronizing their renewal schedules. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilman Juan Moreno to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Granicus for Annual Products and Services Renewal and Up-front Implementation Costs in the Amount of $583,225.73 to be Paid Over Three Years. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilman Juan Moreno to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Heartland Business Systems for VMWare Annual Renewal in the Amount of $59,730.88. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilman Moreno NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION Presentation of Laserfiche Empower Conference April 14, 2025 - April 17, 2025 by Keith Williams, Application Support Analyst Keith Williams, Application Support Analyst, provided a summary of his recent attendance at the Laserfiche Empower Conference. PUBLIC COMMENT None. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Councilman Cardenas, seconded by Councilman Moreno to adjourn .
