ROLL CALL Present Councilwoman Sherri Reardon and Councilman Juan Moreno Absent Councilman Cesar Cardenas ALSO PRESENT: Christopher Sternal, CIO, Amanda Dite, Deputy Director of IT, Rosemaria DiBenedetto, Director of Media Engagement & Communications, Jennifer Garcia-Plascencia, Digital Communications Coordinator. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilman Moreno, seconded by Councilwoman Reardon to approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon and Councilman Moreno Absent: Councilman Cardenas TMP-8660 Attachments: CTIS Meeting Minutes - May 7, 2025.pdf CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None. AGENDA ITEMS Award of Contract to Lenovo for 2025 PC Lifecycle Program in TMP-8662 the amount of $76,372.70 Attachments: Lenovo 2025 PC Lifecycle.pdf Amanda Dite, Deputy Director of IT, provided an overview of the Lenovo 2025 PC Lifecycle Program. A motion was made by Councilman Juan Moreno, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Lenovo for 2025 PC Lifecycle Program in the amount of $76,372.70. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon and Councilman Moreno Absent: Councilman Cardenas Page 1 of 2 Communication, Technology & Information Systems Committee Meeting Minutes - Pending June Approval 4, 2025 Award of Contract to Videotec for Physical Access Control TMP-8663 Project at Fire Station One in the Amount of $34,161.00 Attachments: VideoTec- FIRE STATION 1.pdf Chris Sternal, CIO, discussed the implementation of the Videotec Physical Access Control Project at Fire Station One. A motion was made by Councilman Juan Moreno, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Videotec for Physical Access Control Project at Fire Station One in the Amount of $34,161.00. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon and Councilman Moreno Absent: Councilman Cardenas NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION None. PUBLIC COMMENT Dwight Bendel, Citizen, expressed concerns about communication in the citizen request portal. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Councilman Moreno seconded by Councilwoman Reardon to adjourn .
