APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilman Juan Moreno, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas to approve. A motion was made by Councilman Juan Moreno, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas to recommend for approval Award of Contract to VideoTec for Three-Year Renewal of Genetec Advantage Support Agreement in the Amount of $83,872.00. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilman Juan Moreno to recommend for approval Award of Contract to CDWG for Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure Subscription, Licensing and Hardware Support Renewal in the Amount of $101,687.68. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, Councilman Juan Moreno and Councilman Cesar Cardenas Award of Contract to Heartland Business Systems for VMWare TMP-9779 Annual Renewal in the Amount of $66,014.08 Attachments: VMware vSphere Foundation 2026.pdf Christopher Sternal, CIO, gave a summary of the VMWare Annual Renewal. A motion was made by Councilman Juan Moreno, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Heartland Business Systems for VMWare Annual Renewal in the Amount of $66,014.08. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, Councilman Juan Moreno and Councilman Cesar Cardenas Award of Contract to Avolve for the Three-Year Renewal of TMP-9780 ProjectDox Premium Bundle in the Amount of $129,210.00 Attachments: Joliet, IL - PDox Premium Bundle.pdf Amanda Dite, Deputy Director of IT, covered the ProjectDox Premium Bundle Renewal, with Jessica Frankowski providing additional detail. A motion was made by Councilman Juan Moreno, seconded by Councilman Cesar Cardenas to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Avolve for the Three-Year Renewal of ProjectDox Premium Bundle in the Amount of $129,210.00. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilman Juan Moreno to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Forte for the Joliet City Square - AV Background Music System Project in the Amount of $554,742.00. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, Councilman Juan Moreno and Councilman Cesar Cardenas NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION None.
