Under Phase 5, all sectors of the economy can resume at regular capacity with new safety guidelines and procedures. The State of Illinois continues to recommend face coverings for those individuals who are not fully vaccinated; therefore, it is recommended that any individual appearing in-person who is not fully vaccinated wear a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth. Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance of the meeting to publiccomment@joliet.gov. ROLL CALL ALSO PRESENT: Director of Finance James Ghedotte and Director of Human Resources Kathy Franson. Present Pat Mudron, Sherri Reardon and Cesar Guerrero APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Sherri Reardon, to approve the minutes from the May 2021 Finance Committee Meeting. TMP-1873 Attachments: June2021_Personnel Summary TRAVEL EXPENSE REPORT Mr. Ghedotte briefly reviewed the Travel Report. Brief discussion held. TMP-1874 Attachments: 2021-05 Invoices Paid NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION Mr. Ghedotte reviewed the status of the American Rescue Plan fund.
