ROLL CALL: Present Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, Councilman Cesar Guerrero and Councilman Joe Clement ALSO PRESENT: Kevin Sing - Director of Finance, Armando De Avila - Risk Management, Allison Swisher - Director of Utilities and Joe Johnson - Stantec APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to approve the Minutes for December20, 2022. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Guerrero and Councilman Clement Attachments: December2022 Minutes CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS: None. AGENDA ITEMS: TMP-5140 Allison Swisher - Director of Utilities, introduced Joe Johnson of Stantec, to speak regarding the update on the Alternate Water Source project, for the work being done at the Chicago connection facilities. Brief discussion was held. REPORTS: TMP-5111 Attachments: December2022 Monthly Financial Report Kevin Sing, Director of Finance - briefly discussed the Monthly Financial Report for December 2022. No discussion held. TMP-5112 Attachments: Invoices Paid 12.22 Mr. Sing briefly discussed the Invoices Paid report with no further discussion held.
