APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Attachments: August 2023 Minutes A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to approve the Minutes for August 15, 2023. AGENDA ITEMS: An Ordinance Amending Section 70 and 71 of Chapter 31 of the TMP-6358 City of Joliet Code of Ordinances (Late Fees Changes and Elimination of Disconnection Charges) Attachments: UB Penalties Kevin Sing - Director of Finance, presented TMP-6358 regarding the Ordinance Amending Section 70 and 71 of Chapter 31 of the City of Joliet Code of Ordinances. A brief discussion was held. Agreement with Tyler Technologies for Processing of Credit Card TMP-6399 Payments Attachments: Tyler Agreement Mr. Sing, presented TMP-6399 regarding the Agreement with Tyler Technologies for processing of credit card payments for both in person payments and online payments. A brief discussion was held. REPORTS: TMP-6340 Page 1 of 3 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Pending Approval September 19, 2023 Attachments: August2023 Monthly Financial Report 2023-08 Exceptions 08.23 JAHM - 09.19.23 Mr. Sing, gave an overview of TMP-6340 for the August 2023 Monthly Financial Report, Invoice Exceptions Report and the Quarterly Report for the Joliet Area Historic Museum (JAHM). A brief discussion was held. TMP-6341 Attachments: Travel 08.23 Mr. Sing gave a brief overview of TMP-6341 for the August Travel Expense Report. No discussion was held. TMP-6342 Attachments: Personnel Summary Report - September 2023 Armando De Avila - Risk Management, presented TMP-6342 for the September 2023 Personnel Summary Report, regarding employment positions currently open within the City of Joliet and the Local 440 union. A brief discussion was held. A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to approve all listed Report items: TMP-6340, TMP-6341 and TMP-6342.
