COMMITTEE AND STAFF REPORTS a.Staff Report Ms. Bernhard gave the staff report at the 6:00 p.m. Committee-of-the-Whole meeting. b.Committee of the Whole (COW) There was no discussion on this subject. Designated Historic Properties Update – Review and TMP-4642 Discussion of Summary Report Attachments: Joliet_Designated Historic Properties Update 20221018 Ms. Bernhard introduced Mr. Douglas Carre from the Lakota Group, Mr. Carre gave a presentation on the Designated Historic Properties report findings. Mr. Carre and the commissioners discussed the report. b. Downtown Joliet National Register Historic District TMP-4643 Update Attachments: CCP Memo_DT NRHD Project Update Ms. Bernhard went over a presentation for the Downtown Joliet National Historic District. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Ms. Merwin announced that she went to the States Preservation Conference. Ms. Johnson said that she is working on the landmark nomination for 410 Whitney Avenue. Ms. Johnson asked Ms. Bernhard to mail out a letter of interest to the new owners of 412 Western Avenue.
