AGENDA ITEMS Ordinance Establishing a Boundary Line Agreement TMP-9259 Between the City of Joliet and the Village of Elwood. Community Development Director Dustin Anderson spoke about the priorly existing boundary line agreement with the city of Elwood and the City of Joliet. That agreement expired in 2019. We have come to an agreement with Elwood on a new Boundary line agreement. Mr. Anderson explained the new map and agreement to the committee. The map has to be presented to and approved by both the Joliet City Council and to the Village of Elwood Village Board. Councilman Mudron had a question about the map boundaries and North Point, which Mr. Anderson answered. A motion was made by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to approve: Ordinance Establishing a Boundary Line Agreement Between the City of Joliet and the Village of Elwood.
