Chicago - Tabling Report (Dec. 15) Mr. Torri, Planning Director, stated the applicant is requesting the petition be tabled until the June 2023 Plan Commission meeting. Mr. Connor Harmon, Associate Director of Timber Hill Group, appeared on behalf of the petition. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. A motion was made by Bob Wunderlich, seconded by Brigette Roehr, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Plat of Mound Road Subdivision, the Final Plat of Mound Road Subdivision and the Vacation of Small Portions of Mound Road and Houbolt Road Right-of-Way. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Cox, Crompton, Perez, Roehr, Rousonelos, Wunderlich and Heath Absent: Kella OLD BUSINESS None. Page 2 of 4 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes - Final December 15, 2022 Mr. Thomas Golab, Chief Financial Officer for Joliet Acquisition Group, appeared on behalf of the petition. Mr. Golab answered the commissioners questions. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. A motion was made by Jason Cox, seconded by Marc Rousonelos, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Plat of Bravo Second Subdivision, a Minor Subdivision. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Cox, Crompton, Perez, Roehr, Rousonelos, Wunderlich and Heath Absent: Kella NEW BUSINESS V-5-22: VACATION OF SMALL PORTIONS OF MOUND ROAD AND HOUBOLT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. TMP-4886 Attachments: P-9-22-FP-7-22-V-5-22 (Mound Road Subdivision) Staff Report Packet This petition was approved with the Preliminary and Final Plat of Mound Road Subdivision earlier in the meeting. PUD-2-22: FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR ROCK RUN CROSSINGS MULTI-FAMILY SUBDIVISION. TMP-4882 Attachments: RRC Final PUD Staff Report Packet_v2 Mr. Torri gave the Planning Staff Report. Mr. Jim Testin, Cullinan Properties, appeared on behalf of the petition. Chairman Dillon had a few questions that Mr. Testin responded to. A motion was made by Bob Wunderlich, seconded by Jason Heath, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Final Planned Unit Development for Rock Run Crossings Multi-Family Subdivision.
