A motion was made by Bob Wunderlich, seconded by Jeff Crompton, to approve
the Plan Commission minutes from November 17, 2022. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: Dillon, Cox, Crompton, Perez, Rousonelos, Wunderlich and
Heath

Abstain: Roehr

Mr. Torri, Planning Director, stated the applicant is requesting the petition be
tabled until the June 2023 Plan Commission meeting.
A motion was made by Jeff Crompton, seconded by Brigette Roehr, to table the

Mr. Connor Harmon, Associate Director of Timber Hill Group, appeared on
behalf of the petition.

recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Plat of Mound Road
Subdivision, the Final Plat of Mound Road Subdivision and the Vacation of
Small Portions of Mound Road and Houbolt Road Right-of-Way. The motion
carried by the following vote:

and Heath

on behalf of the petition.
Mr. Golab answered the commissioners questions.
No one appeared in opposition to the petition.

recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Plat of Bravo
Second Subdivision, a Minor Subdivision. The motion carried by the following
vote:
