Mr. Connor Harmon, Associate Director of Timber Hill Group, appeared on behalf of the petition. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. A motion was made by Bob Wunderlich, seconded by Brigette Roehr, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Plat of Mound Road Subdivision, the Final Plat of Mound Road Subdivision and the Vacation of Small Portions of Mound Road and Houbolt Road Right-of-Way. Mr. Golab answered the commissioners questions. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. A motion was made by Jason Cox, seconded by Marc Rousonelos, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Plat of Bravo Second Subdivision, a Minor Subdivision. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Cox, Crompton, Perez, Roehr, Rousonelos, Wunderlich and Heath Absent: Kella NEW BUSINESS V-5-22: VACATION OF SMALL PORTIONS OF MOUND ROAD AND HOUBOLT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. Mr. Jim Testin, Cullinan Properties, appeared on behalf of the petition. Chairman Dillon had a few questions that Mr. Testin responded to. A motion was made by Bob Wunderlich, seconded by Jason Heath, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Final Planned Unit Development for Rock Run Crossings Multi-Family Subdivision.
