PUD-8-23: FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF ROCK RUN COLLECTION SUBDIVISION. M-1-23: AMENDMENT TO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF ROCK RUN COLLECTION SUBDIVISION. TMP-6405 Attachments: PUD-7-23_PUD8-23_M-1-23_Staff Report Packet (RRC PUD) Mr. Torri gave the Planning Staff Report. Mr. Jim Testin, Cullinan Joliet, LLC, appeared on behalf of the petition. Commissioner Orlando had several questions. Mr. Testin responded. No one appeared in opposition to the petition. A motion was made by Brigette Roehr, seconded by Jeff Crompton, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Planned Unit Development of Rock Run Collection Subdivision, the Final Planned Unit Development of Rock Run Collection Subdivision and the Amendment to a Development Agreement for Planned Unit Development of Rock Run Collection Subdivision. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Kella, Cox, Crompton, Perez, Roehr, Heath and Orlando Absent: Dillon and Rousonelos NEW BUSINESS None.
