Mr. Vincent Rosanova, CalAtlantic Group, LLC, appeared on behalf of the petition. Mr. Rosanova displayed a PowerPoint presentation to the Commission. Commissioner Orlando had several questions. Mr. Rosanova responded. Chairman Dillon asked what will separate the units from fire since they are all connected. Mr. Todd Kleven, Lennar Corporation, responded. Commissioner Crompton inquired about the parking. Mr. Rosanova responded. Mr. Perry Jones, 913 Barberry Way, appeared in opposition to the petition. Chairman Dillon inquired about the HOA. Mr. Kleven responded. Ms. Marcia Rousonelos, area resident, appeared in favor of the petition. A motion was made by Jason Cox, seconded by John Kella, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Preliminary Planned Unit Development of Lakewood Prairie Subdivision, Unit 4. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Dillon, Kella, Cox, Crompton and Orlando Absent: Perez, Roehr, Rousonelos and Heath FP-12-23: FINAL PLAT OF CHERRY HILL BUSINESS PARK WEST UNIT 6 SUBDIVISION, PHASE 2. A motion was made by Jeff Crompton, seconded by Jason Cox, to recommend for approval by the City Council the Final Plat of Cherry Hill Business Park West Unit 6 Subdivision, Phase 2.
