In compliance with Governor Pritzker’s mandate, any individual appearing in person must wear a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth. Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance of the meeting to publiccomment@joliet.gov. A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by Councilman Joseph Clement, to receive and place on file the City Manager's Recommended 2022 Annual Budget. A brief discussion was held regarding the verbiage in the Variation of Use concerning the property being owner occupied 6 months out of the year.
