Hug ALSO PRESENT: Corporation Counsel - Sabrina Spano, Deputy Corporation Counsel - Christopher Regis PRESENTATION: Overview of the City's NPDES Stormwater Quality Program - Greg Ruddy, Public Works Director Director of Public Works, Greg Ruddy briefly explained the City is required to do public outreach and education as part of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting. Mr. Ruddy introduced Dan Bounds with Baxter and Woodman. Mr. Bounds gave an overview of the City's Stormwater Quality Program. A brief discussion was held regarding required standards and any ways to improve.
