PRESENTATION: Consolidated Plan 2025-2029 & Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan Attachments: Con Plan and Application Cycle Updates.pptx Approver Report Jackie Lozada gave a brief presentation concerning community opportunities, updates, and anticipated timeline for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). A brief discussion was held regarding fund allocation, length of the consolidated plan, and HUD requirements for the Consolidated Plan. Steve Bauer, Attorney for the Petitioner, explained the owner of the development is different than the owner of the area with Ms. Lech's trees. Additional discussion was held with Ms. Lech regarding the trees along her property and was directed to meet with Dustin Anderson the Community Development Director.
