A motion was made by Councilman Clement, seconded by Councilman Hug, to
approve the Minutes of the March 7, 2023, Public Safety Committee Meeting.
The motion carried by the following vote:

PURCHASES
Councilmen Clement inquired about the Special Investigations and Graffiti Vehicles. Mr. Price
replied.
Fire Chief Carey will attend the National Crisis Foundation World Conference in Baltimore on
May 3, 2023 to present the Joliet City Mental Health Program.

Larry E. Hug, to approve COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-5341: Resolution Authorizing
the Renewal of the Will County Cooperative Police Assistance Team
Interagency Agreement (WCCPAT).
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilman Hug and
Councilman Clement
Councilmen Hug Congratulated the Police Dept for being #8 in the Country.
