A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by
Councilman Joe Clement, to approve COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-6363: Minutes
9/5/2023.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilman Clement and
Councilwoman Reardon

Councilwoman Quillman and Councilman Clement ask for the presentation by
email.
Councilwoman Quillman asks that Julie Bosack speak to the Council regarding
the contract.

Councilman Joe Clement, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO
#TMP-6563: Award of Contract for Axon Enterprise Services.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilman Clement and
Councilwoman Reardon
ORDINANCES
Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental ID-1429-20
Agreement for the Tri-County Auto Theft Task Force.

Chief Evans briefly explains Ordinance.
Councilwoman Reardon comments on ordinance how she recommends a
change to MOU.
Chief Evans explains how we are short Supervisors and Officers on all shifts on
a daily basis.
Councilman Clement asks question regarding Task Force and staffing.
Sgt. Zach Johnston speaks regarding Task Force.
Council discusses staffing issues with Chief Evans.
A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman
Sherri Reardon, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #ID-1429-20:
Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement for the
Tri-County Auto Theft Task Force.
