The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilman Clement and Councilwoman Reardon CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding agenda items and are allowed a maximum of 4 minutes. None. PURCHASES Request for Authorization to Pay STARCOM User Fees TMP-7136 Attachments: 10 year Starcom21-rate-sheet DC Botzum briefly explains STARCOM. Councilwoman Quillman asks about the new totals. DC Botzum answers. Councilman Clement asks about COVID money, wonders if it can be paid from that like before. Brief discussion between Councilwoman Quillman and Councilman Clement. A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by Councilman Joe Clement, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-7136: Request for Authorization to Pay STARCOM User Fees. A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-7160: Amended Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Joliet and the Will County Sheriff’s Office for Warrant Processing Fees. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilman Clement and Councilwoman Reardon ORDINANCES Ordinance Amending and Retitling Chapter 9, Emergency TMP-7123 Management Agency of the City of Joliet Code of Ordinances Attachments: EMA Ordinanace 2024 Greg Blaskey briefly explains changes to Ordinance and how it is out of date. Councilwoman Quillman asks Greg to come explain all the changes to Council. A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-7123. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilman Clement and Councilwoman Reardon RESOLUTIONS None.
