The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilwoman Ibarra and Councilman Clement CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None PRESENTATION Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) - John Lukancic John Lukancic gives a Powerpoint presentation. Council asks questions, John Lukancic answers, followed by brief discussion. Council votes to have John Lukancic present Powerpoint to the rest of the Council. AGENDA ITEMS Purchase of Two (2) New Vehicles for JPD Tactical Unit not to TMP-8089 exceed $110,000.00 Jeff Price briefly explains. Councilman Clement asks how quickly we will get them, Jeff Price answers. A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-8089: Purchase of Two (2) New Vehicles for JPD Tactical Unit not to exceed $110,000.00.
