A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by
Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO
#TMP-8535: Resolution to Approve and Authorize the Acceptance of the Will
County Community Mental Health Board 2025 Grant Funding Award to fund the
Community Mental Health Program in the amount of $200,000.00.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Dr. John Hertko compliments and defends the Police Department addressing issues in the
community and wants the City to respond. He expresses how he is not happy how some
people in the community are ruining the City's image. He also compliments the Fire
Department for their work with Mental Health.

A motion was made by Councilwoman Ibarra, seconded by Councilwoman Hallums Quillman,
that this was adjourn.
