APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Councilman Pat Mudron, seconded by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, to approve the minutes of the June 19, 2023 Public Service Committee Meeting. CONTRACTS Request to Purchase New Vehicles for the Department of TMP-6100 Public Works, the Police Department, and the Public Utilities Department totaling $579,136.48 Greg Ruddy, Director of Public Works, discussed the purchase of new vehicles, in the amount of $579,136.48, for Public Works, Police, and Public Utilities. Request to Approve a Spring Lease Payment to Jackie TMP-6114 Stunkel in the amount of $39,900.00 Allison Swisher, Director of Public Utilities, discussed the Spring Lease payment for biosolids application, in the amount of $39,900.00, to Jackie Stunkel. Renewal of Contract 2657-0822 for the 2022 - 2023 Small TMP-6116 Meter Replacement Program with Calumet City Plumbing (CCP) in the amount of $1,043,169.75 Tony Anczer, Deputy Director Engineering, discussed the renewal of the 2022-2023 Small Meter Replacement Program, in the amount of $1,043,169.75, with Calumet City Plumbing & Heating Co, Inc. Request to Purchase 2 Navistar Large Dump Trucks under TMP-6118 State of Illinois Purchasing Agreement for $313,780.16 Greg Ruddy discussed the purchase of 2 dump trucks, in the amount of $313,780.16, from Rush Truck Center.
