to approve the October 15, 2024 Public Service Minutes. The motion carried by the following

Award a Contract for the 2024 Lumec Materials Purchase ID-1887-20
Order No. 1 to Signify North America Corporation in the
amount of $59,700.00
Greg Ruddy, Public Works Director, discussed the Award of Contract for the
2024 Lumec Materials Purchase Order No. 1, in the amount of $59,700.00, on
behalf of Signify North America Corporation.
Approve Payment for “Non-specialized” Soil Disposal to ID-1888-20
Waste Management Inc. in the amount of $30,862.00
Allison Swisher, Public Utilities Director, discussed the Payment for
"Non-specialized" Soil Disposal, in the amount of $30,862.00, on behalf of
Waste Management Inc.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by
Councilman Pat Mudron, to recommend ID-1886-20, 1887-20, and 1888-20 for
approval by full Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
