CALL TO ORDER: INVOCATION: Father Chris Groh Invocation given by Father Chris Groh, Chaplain for the Joliet Police and Fire Departments PRESENTATION OF COLORS: Joliet Police Honor Guard PLEDGE TO THE FLAG: ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Terry D'Arcy, Councilman Cesar Cardenas, Councilman Joe Clement, Councilman Cesar Guerrero, Councilman Larry E. Hug, Councilwoman Suzanna Ibarra, Councilman Pat Mudron, Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman and Councilwoman Sherri Reardon ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Beth Beatty and Interim Corporation Counsel Todd Lenzie. OUTGOING AT LARGE COUNCIL MEMBER: CESAR GUERRERO: PROCLAMATION Mayor D'Arcy read a Proclamation honoring Councilman Guerrero and his service to the City of Joliet. FAREWELL COMMENTS Councilman Guerrero gave his farewell comments thanking Mayor, Council and Staff. MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS Mayor and Council provided farewell comments honoring Councilman Guerrero. COUNCILMAN GUERRERO STEPS DOWN Councilman Guerrero stepped down. OATH OF OFFICE FOR ELECTED AND RE-ELECTED COUNCIL MEMBERS: Mayor D'Arcy thanked Council for their dedication. AT LARGE COUNCILMAN JOE CLEMENT - Oath administered by Appellate Court Justice of the 3rd District Matt Bertani Appellate Court Justice Matt Bertani administered Councilman Clement's oath.
