OUTGOING AT LARGE COUNCIL MEMBER: CESAR GUERRERO: PROCLAMATION Mayor D'Arcy read a Proclamation honoring Councilman Guerrero and his service to the City of Joliet. FAREWELL COMMENTS Councilman Guerrero gave his farewell comments thanking Mayor, Council and Staff. MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS Mayor and Council provided farewell comments honoring Councilman Guerrero. COUNCILMAN GUERRERO STEPS DOWN Councilman Guerrero stepped down. OATH OF OFFICE FOR ELECTED AND RE-ELECTED COUNCIL MEMBERS: Mayor D'Arcy thanked Council for their dedication.
