UPDATE: STADIUM MAINTENANCE NEEDS Page 1 of 2 Stadium Committee Meeting Minutes - Final January 19, 2022 Brent Fraser, Facilities and Assets Maintenance Manager, gave an overview of the stadium's maintenance needs including budgeted capital improvement as well as additional needed repairs not in the budget. A brief discussion was held regarding repairs need that are part of the lease, repairs required by the Will County Health Department, and roof replacement and the bidding process . Additional discussion was held regarding the possibility of available grant and COVID money. AGENDA ITEM Resolution Approving IHSA State Final Boys Class 3A and TMP-3136 4A Baseball Tournaments Agreement Attachments: BA-3A 4A-Agree 21-22 thru 25-26.pdf Derek Conley, Economic Development Director, briefly discussed the agreement with the Committee and reviewed the City's obligations. A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Quillman, seconded by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-3136: Resolution Approving IHSA State Final Boys Class 3A and 4A Baseball Tournaments Agreement to the full Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Mudron, Councilwoman Quillman and Councilman Guerrero PUBLIC COMMENT NEW OR OLD BUSINESS, NOT FOR FINAL ACTION OR RECOMMENDATION CLOSED SESSION: A motion was made by Councilwoman Quillman, seconded by Councilman Guerrero, to enter into closed session to discuss the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body.
