ROLL CALL Present Councilman Pat Mudron, Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman and Councilman Cesar Guerrero ALSO PRESENT: Chris Regis - Deputy Corporation Counsel, Brent Fraser - Facilities and assets Maintenance Manager, Nick Semaca - Slammers President, John Wilson - Slammers Vice President Sales and Marketing. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS None. AGENDA ITEMS Approval of Lease Agreement TMP-4087 Attachments: Lease Agreement 2022 Chris Regis, Deputy Corporation Counsel, briefly explained changes were recommended at the March 2022 Stadium Committee meeting and asked if there were any questions. A brief discussion was held concerning the lease agreement. A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Quillman, seconded by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, to recommend TMP-4087: Approval of Lease Agreement to the full Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Councilman Mudron, Councilwoman Hallums Quillman and Councilman Guerrero UPDATE ON BUILDING / MAINTENANCE Brent Fraser, Facilities and Asset Maintenance Manager, briefly updated the Committee on repairs to the roof, sidewalk on Jefferson Street, fire suppression system, alarm, plumbing, electrical, flooring, leaks on south face of the building, lighting, coolers and ice machines, and also network connectivity. SLAMMERS UPDATE A brief discussion was held regarding rental of the former Hall of Fame room. PUBLIC COMMENT Nick Semaca, Slammers - President, expressed his gratitude for the partnership with the City and thanked everyone.
