CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL Present Ed Hennessy, Bob Nachtrieb, Colette Safford and Brigette Roehr Absent Vincent Alessio, Jim Riggs and Pat McShane APPROVAL OF MINUTES February 17, 2022 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes TMP-3395 Attachments: 02-17-22 ZBA Minutes The February 17, 2022 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting minutes will move forward to the April 21, 2022 meeting for a vote. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding agenda items and are allowed a maximum of 4 minutes. It is not a question and answer period and staff, and the Zoning Board of Appeals members do not generally respond to public comments. The City Clerk has a copy of the public speaking procedures; please note, speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the meeting shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak. OLD BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARING During the Public Hearing, members of the public will be allowed to present evidence and ask questions subject to the rules of the meeting. PETITION 2022-07: A Special Use Permit to allow truck & TMP-3437 trailer repair with truck parking operation, located east of N.E. Frontage Road. Attachments: Petition 2022-07 - East of NE Frontage Road - Combined ZBA Staff Report A motion was made by Brigette Roehr, seconded by Bob Nachtrieb, to table PETITION 2022-07: A Special Use Permit to allow truck & trailer repair with truck parking operation, located east of N.E. Frontage Road. Attachments: ZBA 2022-11&12 (Route 6 & Hollywood Road)_Table.Request **Requested to be tabled** A motion was made by Brigette Roehr, seconded by Colette Safford, to table PETITION 2022-11: A Special Use Permit to allow a fueling center, located at the Northwest corner of Route 6 & Hollywood Road and PETITION 2022-12: A series of Variations on landscaping requirements, located at the Northwest corner of Route 6 & Hollywood Road. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Hennessy, Nachtrieb, Safford and Roehr PETITION 2022-13: A Special Use Permit to allow a fueling TMP-3436 center with a car wash, located at the Northeast corner of Caton Farm Road & Ridge Road. Attachments: ZBA 2022-14 (650 Emerald Drive) Staff Report Packet Mr. Torri read the staff report into the record. Chairman Hennessy swore in Mr. George Mahoney, 822 129th Infantry Drive, Joliet, IL. Mr. Mahoney appeared on behalf of this petition. Mr. Mahoney gave an explanation of the signage requests for the IKEA Distribution Facility.
