A motion was made by Jim Riggs, seconded by Bob Nachtrieb, to approve the
September 15, 2022 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: Hennessy, Nachtrieb, Riggs, Safford and Roehr
Absent: McShane
Abstain: Alessio

A motion was made by Jim Riggs, seconded by Vincent Alessio, to table

face a public way, located at 2211 W. Jefferson Street. The motion carried by
the following vote:

PETITION 2022-53: A Variation on the front yard setback and TMP-4592
side yard setback for an 8.45’ x 12.3’ addition to the front
(east) elevation, located at 223 N. Broadway Street

Mr. Desai appeared in support of his petition. Mr. Desai said that this building
was formerly used by the City of Joliet as a city vehicle maintenance building.
Mr. Desai explained that his business has declined since a new gas station
opened nearby.

Mr. Osterberger appeared in support of this petition.

area. Mr. George said there is another industrial building between this
development and the residential area.

Mr. Campagnolo appeared in opposition to this petition.
