Roll Call Present: 8 - Robert Young, Larry Sleznikow, Stephanie Sward, Randi Pueschner, Whitney Hughes, Chelsey Boldon, Andrew Ericson,Kevin Hundt Approval of December 9, 2025 Meeting Minutes. A motion was made by Ericson, seconded by Young, the minutes be approved. The motion carried on voice vote. Agenda Items: 1. Annual Code of Ethics Policy Review. Attachments: City of La Crosse Code of Ethics Policy All committee members have reviewed and accepted. 2. Discussion on WisDOT alternatives on 3rd and 4th Street. Attachments: 1.8.26 WisDOT Presentation.pdf WisDOT presented on the alternatives. There was a motion by Hundt and City of La Crosse, Wisconsin Page 1 Bicycle-Pedestrian Advisory Meeting Minutes January 13, 2026 Committee seconded by Ericson to hold a special virtual committee meeting to further discuss and recommend an alternatives. Motion passed 5-3. Young, Sward and Boldon voted against. 3. Green Complete Streets Review of 2025-2027 Street Projects. Engineering department was present to answer questions.Pueschner left the meeting at 9:40 am. Motion by Ericson, second by Sward to approve as presented.Voice vote carried unanimously. 4. Green Bay Street Project Discussion. Attachments: Green Bay St. On Street Bicycle Lanes 9th - 14th Street Green Bay St. On Street Bicycle Lanes 14th - Losey Green Bay St. Protected Bicycle Lanes 9th - 14th St Green Bay St. Protected Bicycle Lanes 14th - Losey Staff provided an update. 5.
