Roll Call Hughes came in at 8:32 am. Present: 8 - Robert Young, Larry Sleznikow, Stephanie Sward, Randi Pueschner, Whitney Hughes, Chelsey Boldon, Andrew Ericson,Kevin Hundt Approval of January 13, 2026 and January 28, 2026 Meeting Minutes. A motion was made by Ericson, seconded by Young, that the minutes be approved for both meetings. The motions carried on voice vote. Agenda Items: 1. Drift Cycle - La Crosse Bike Share Presentation and Update. An update was presented. 2. 24-1118 Discussion on electric scooters and electric bicycle ordinance. No action was taken.
