Roll Call Present: 9 - Tracy Littlejohn, Robert Young, Sandy Cleary, Eileen Kirsch, Todd Olson, Jennifer Trost, Patrick Wilson, Tim Alberts,Lisa Weston Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Wilson, seconded by Cleary, that the be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Cleary, Alberts, Olson,Littlejohn Notices and Discussions Agenda Items: 26-0029 Pursuant to Section 2-128 (b) of Code of Ordinances for the City of La Crosse, it is required that each committee member review the provisions of the Code of Ethics. 26-0035 Request to approve alcohol at Black River Beach Neighborhood Center on Monday, June 15, 2026 for Democratic Party Event. A motion was made by Young, seconded by Wilson, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Cleary, Alberts, Olson,Littlejohn 26-0033 Request to approve Jack's Jog fundraiser to use Myrick Gun Club and the Marsh Trails on Saturday, October 3, 2026; contingent on the required approvals and issuance of all other city and county permits, including the Special Event Permit through the Clerk's Office. A motion was made by Olson, seconded by Cleary, that the Request be APPROVED . A motion was made by Littlejohn, seconded by Kirsch, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Cleary, Alberts, Olson,Littlejohn 26-0032 Request to approve the 2027-2031 Capital Equipment Requests. A motion was made by Littlejohn, seconded by Olson, that the Request be APPROVED . The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9- Kirsch, Trost, Weston, Wilson, Young, Cleary, Alberts, Olson,Littlejohn 26-0034 Update on 2026 Aquatic Season Schedule. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 5:57pm.
