Roll Call Present: 5 - Andrea Trane, Erin Goggin, Matt Gallager, Shaundel Washington-Spivey,Tamra Dickinson Annual Review of Code of Ethics Board members unanimously confirmed their review of the City of La Crosse Code of Ethics. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE the minutes from January 5, 2026. The motion carried unanimously. Agenda Items: 25-1443 Presentation: Sanitary Sewer Utility and Stormwater Utility Quarterly Update No action taken. Presentation only. 26-0008 Construction Contract Change Orders. A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Dickinson, to APPROVE. Sadee Linero and Chad Honeywell were called to speak. A motion was made by Washington-Spivey, seconded by Trane, to REFER until the Board of Public Works meeting on January 26, 2026.
