Roll Call Present: 4 - Erin Goggin, Matt Gallager, Shaundel Washington-Spivey,Tamra Dickinson Excused: 1 - Andrea Trane Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE the minutes from April 13, 2026. The motion carried unanimously. Agenda Items: 25-1174 Bidder's Proof of Responsibility. A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Dickinson, to APPROVE. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Goggin, Gallager, Washington-Spivey,Dickinson Excused: 1- Trane 26-0413 Construction Contract Change Orders. A motion was made by Washington-Spivey, seconded by Dickinson, to APPROVE. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3- Gallager, Washington-Spivey,Dickinson No: 1- Goggin Excused: 1- Trane City of La Crosse, Wisconsin Page 1 Board of Public Works Meeting Minutes - Final April 20, 2026 26-0424 Proposed policy change regarding sanitation and restroom requirements for special events held in the City of La Crosse. A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Goggin, Gallager, Washington-Spivey,Dickinson Excused: 1- Trane 26-0438 Green Bay Street Reconstruction Design Recommendation. A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Washington-Spivey, to REFER until the Board of Public Works meeting on April 27, 2026. The Board requested staff to provide additional information regarding retrofit costs for both alternatives and accompanying aerial maps.
