Roll Call Present: 6 - Linda Lee, Vicki Markussen, Mary Rohrer, Gina Miller, Erin Goggin,Shaundel Washington-Spivey Excused: 1 - Tamra Dickinson Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Lee, that the minutes be approved. The motion carried on voice vote. Agenda Items: 26-0306 Introduction of TIF Applicant - Lot 11 in River Point District, developer RyKey Properties 26-0307 Update from The Parenting Place 26-0289 Resolution regarding the administration and financial maintenance of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds received by the City. Attachments: Resolution 1st Amendment to The Parenting Place ARPA Agreement Years 3-4+ Legislative Staff Report A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Goggin, that this Resolution be approved . The motion carried by voice vote.
