A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/12/2026. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Janssen, Goggin, Sleznikow,Northwood Excused: 2- Newberry,Kahlow 26-0122 Resolution amending Appendix C of the Municipal Code for the City of La Crosse entitled "Fee Schedule" regarding fees for building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and erosion control permits. A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/12/2026. A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/12/2026. The motion failed by the following vote: Yes: 2- Goggin,Sleznikow No: 2- Janssen,Northwood Excused: 2- Newberry,Kahlow 26-0146 Resolution approving First Amendment to development agreements with The Chalmers, LLC, a multi-family housing development located at 215 Pine Street and 401 3rd Street North. A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Councilon 3/12/2026. A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE NOT ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/12/2026. A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/12/2026. Unanimous consent to OPEN public hearing. The following spoke: Chad Honeycutt. Unanimous consent to CLOSE public hearing. A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution Referred with NO RECOMMENDATION to the Common Council on 3/12/2026. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Janssen, Goggin, Sleznikow,Northwood Excused: 2- Newberry,Kahlow 26-0213 Resolution to re-allocate unused funds from completed Capital purchases and/or projects to newly requested capital equipment purchases for the Water Utility. A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/12/2026.
