Call to order, and roll call Chair Joshua Lee called the meeting to order at 6:24 p.m. Members Present: Mayor Hellier, Council Members Bermel, Lee, Volk, Wolter Staff Present: Justin Miller, City Administrator; City Attorney; Julie Stahl, Finance Director; Joe Masiarchin, Parks & Recreation Director; Ann Orlofsky, City Clerk; Brad Paulson, Police Chief; Paul Oehme, Public Works Director; Tina Goodroad, Community Development Director 2. Approval of Minutes a. 01/16/2024 HRA Minutes Motion was made by Bermel, seconded by Wolter, to approve the following: Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes - Hellier, Bermel, Lee, Volk, Wolter 3. Election of Officers a. Chair Motion was made by Volk, seconded by Wolter, to appoint John Bermel as Chair. Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes - Hellier, Bermel, Lee, Volk, Wolter b.
